Yosemite Has It's Own Brand Of Fall Colors
One does not always need travel to New England to experience unique Fall Colors.
Yosemite is always on the Forbes' Top Ten Most Beautiful Places To Visit. Fall is an excellent time to catch those stunning photos whether by smartphone or DSLR.
Starting around the second week of October, Yosemite begins to search for the peace of winter by quietly slipping on a mantle of fall foliage surrounded by its towering granite cliffs and domes.
Who Turned On The Waterfalls
Uniquely in 2021, and now 2022, the Sierras experienced early rainfall which has started the valley waterfalls flowing again. It is rarer to see fall colors in conjunction with water magically starting to fall from the majestic cliffs above the valley floor.
It's a wonderful time to find your own peace by visiting Yosemite and maybe exploring your artistic side through painting or photography.
While participating in the annual Yosemite Facelift event for volunteers to help pick up trash in the park, we discovered that the park offers year round Smartphone and DSL classes Even though the NPS.gov website isn't accurate about the Smartphone classes, they are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
